Located at Mill Pond Park between Major Deegan express way and Harlem River and between 149th and 150th streets,  Bronx Point is the new home of Hip-Hop Museum ,Regal cinemas and 500 affordable residential units. The massing Steps down toward the Mill Pond park where it offers an elevated park and amenities at forth floor for the residents of residential tower, on the other hand, mounting residential floors above the Major Deegan elevation protects adjacent units from excessive noise. The unique location of the project gives a leeway to extend Mill Pond park inside the court yard and consecutively to each broken down residential blocks. At third level the egress balcony of the cinema resembles monumental and eye-catching bridges over Harlem River and offers a prow to watch Harlem River and the park.

Hip-Hop was born in The Bronx and was one of our major inspirations of the facade design, a grand stair connect people from the ground level to the second level where it  provides an extra public performance space for the museum .
